Ten participants attended Medica’s Panama City training session from September 23-26th: Guillermo Hernandez and Victor Manuel Jimenez (Diagno-Lab, Mexico), Julio Yepez (Rocar System, Ecuador), Jacobo Cifuentes and Manolo Figueroa (Merck, Guatemala), Richard Cerron (Intramedica, Peru), Jose Pinto (Amesys, Honduras), Ana Maria Pulido (Rochem, Columbia) and Lucia Castro and Julio Sanjur (Rochem-Biocare, Panama).
Medica’s host for the training session, Mike Holzapfel, reports: “The dealers were very impressed with EasyRA’s ease of operation, low maintenance, efficient replacement procedures and the new service videos. All of the participants are looking forward to using the service videos, and performed all tasks required to service and support EasyRA in the field. EasyRA’s upcoming full release is eagerly anticipated by all.
